Dr.-Ing. Dipl.-Ing. Joachim Kubaink is a German engineer with 25+ years of international expertise in Hightech-Industries. His expertise comprises General Management, Corporate & Business Development (commercial & technological), Product/Technology Management, R&D, Market & Business Intelligence/Analytics, Marketing, Innovation, Crisis Management & Performance Transformation. He is CEO & founder of Kubaink Engineering.
Following his apprenticeship in car mechanics at MAN trucks and two diplomas in aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering from the RWTH Aachen University of Technology and the University of Applied Sciences Aachen, he was awarded a doctoral degree in aerospace engineering from the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology ILT (RWTH Aachen) for extraordinary achievements in the development of a laser-based innovative high precision inertial measurement unit for navigation and vehicle dynamics control under the Eurofighter Typhoon Aircraft program.
Dr. Kubaink held global management positions within multinationals. He is reliable in operational, strategic and financial aspects in execution of small, medium and large volume operations and bespoke tailored customer-specific solutions in demanding markets and competitive environments within a complex and international corporate structure and multi-site, multi-national and multi-functional organisations.
